Who We Are

The Motor City Bears is a gay social club for bears and their admirers in the Detroit Metro and surrounding areas.
Our club motto is: Fun, Fur, and Friends. We try to meet several times a month at various activities. Some of the activities that we have vary throughout the years. Here are a few of them: movie nights,bowling, dinner parties, canoeing, backyard BBQs, wave pool, Detroit Zoo, The North American International Auto Show, game nights, Halloween and Christmas parties. In the summer, we tend to be outdoors with picnics and such.

Our Charities

Motor City Bears take pride in raising money and items that our various charities need. For example, WAGS was in need of pet food, so our members stepped up and brought various pet supplies to a meeting. Please check out our charities and help support the organizations that support our community.
